DentiGel is a ready-to-use alcohol skin disinfectant to be used after hand washing. DentiGel provides additional protection from pathogens in the dental practice, including coronaviruses. DentiGel’s quick drying formula has been developed to be as gentle as possible on hard-working hands, with effective emollients and skin conditioners helping prevent dryness or soreness. Ideal as a dental practice hand sanitiser, DentiGel has been microbiologically tested to comply to BS EN 1500 (European hand sanitiser standards). The 800ml pouch is specifically designed to work with a touchless dispenser which delivers 1.2ml of liquid soap per dose, ensuring a cost-effective and hygienic solution.

A hand hygiene policy must be available within the practice. Hand hygiene protocols should take place between each patient treatment, and before donning and after removal of gloves.

For use on clean hands. Apply a small amount to the hands and rub in until dispersed ensuring complete coverage. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Please refer to product safety data sheet before use. Use only as directed.
Hand washing and disinfection should take place regularly – before and after treatment appointments; before donning and after removal of PPE; following the washing of dental instruments; before contact with instruments that have been steam-sterilised; after cleaning or maintaining decontamination devices; and on completion of decontamination work.
Alcohol hand gel is recommended at each entrance and exit point of the practice to help control the spread of COVID-19.
