Since its launch in November 2014, dentisan’s City & Guilds accredited One-Day Decontamination Course has proved extremely popular with all members of the dental team. The course is recommended for those who are looking for a comprehensive expert-led, one-day programme, which delves into the complexities of infection control and the rationale behind compliance guidelines.
To ensure that the course continues to meet the expectations of those taking part, dentisan has been asking all attendees to complete a short survey to gather feedback about how the various course elements are helping them to learn more about every aspect of infection control.
Ease of booking, suitability of the venue and the educational value of the practical sessions and overall course content were all assessed and the results of this survey have shown that the course is meeting expectations, with an impressive overall satisfaction rate of 96% from those who have taken part so far.
