dentisan is delighted to announce that their parent company, Quadralene, has been shortlisted in the prestigious SME Innovation Awards 2015, by Innovate UK.
Innovate UK is an organisation whose remit is to showcase and celebrate small business innovation, and their awards recognise innovation success stories that inspire others and demonstrate the importance of innovation to the economy.
Quadralene has been shortlisted in the category of ‘Product Innovation Leading to New Market ’ in recognition of their successful Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) with the University of Nottingham that led to the launch and continuing success of Biocleanse Ultra multi-surface, all-in-one cleaner and disinfectant.
The results will be announced at a Parliamentary Reception and Awards Ceremony to be held in the Members’ Dining Room at the House of Commons. Innovate UK and Damian Collins, MP, will host the ceremony, and Jo Johnson, Minister of State for Universities and Science, will present the awards.
dentisan’s Commercial Director Bob Newsome said: “Innovation is at the heart of dentisan’s ethos, which makes being shortlisted for this award particularly significant. Dental decontamination is an area which demands constant innovation to keep pace with advances in microbicidal science and we are delighted that Biocleanse Ultra has been recognised for its contribution to infection prevention.”
